BrandLöscher Beer
Simply an ideal thirst quencher in any situation, no matter how fiery or dicey. The addition of roasted and caramel malt makes the lager taste a little sweeter.
The BrandLöscher in a swing-top bottle was launched in 2010 to commemorate the great village fire in Appenzell in 1560. The idea for the fire-engine red version was born in 2011.
Goes well with: aperitif snacks, cold platters, sandwiches, steamed fish, mild soft cheese, sweet creams with fruit
