A taste of the Appenzell quality of life

On a fascinating tour (with audio guide in German, English, French and Italian) of the Visitor Centre Appenzell you'll discover lots of interesting information about our art of brewing and how we make Appenzeller beer and Säntis Malt whisky from fresh spring water. A short video in the historic hop cellar gives insights into the brewery, and our small museum brings the old days to life. The visit finishes with a tasting session in the historical «Gnoss-Stöbli».
