Embroiderer in traditional costume in the museum
During the 19th and 20th centuries, countless women from the canton of Appenzell Innerrhoden used to earn a living from embroidery. Still today a few women embroider minute motifs and ornaments. Come and watch an embroiderer at work. (Excluding museum admission*)
