The «Kunsthmuseum Appenzell» (museum of contemporary art) shows art of the classical modern age as well as of the present. The museum bilding was designed by renowed architcts Annete Gigon an dMike Guyer.

For two museums (Kunstmuseum Appenzell and Kunsthalle Ziegelhütte):
Adults: CHF 15.–
AHV, students, children: CHF 10.–
