Open Alpine Dairy Day

Eleven alpine dairymen will demonstrate their alpine cheese production on their alps. On the 30th of July 2023, all of them invite you to come by their alp and to learn more about life on an alp. Fruthermore, you will get the chance to taste and buy a different variety of alpine products. A hike in the Alpstein area and a stop at one of the numerous mountain inns round off this unique Alpstein day. Please bear in mind that cheese production must be carried out hygienically and you must therefore follow the alpine dairymen's instructions.
